    Administrators manage all CMS user or Editor accounts. Editors can login and access all CMS features but cannot manage other accounts.

    Editors can create new sections that show up in the navigation, organize pages, format text and add links.

    Editors can control a set of images that rotate periodically.

    Site visitors can complete online forms, and transmit data.
